A regular room is available for rent in a new and affordable loft apartment located by the coast in the east of Singapore, with no existing occupant. Upon move-in, you will have the first floor to yourself, which includes one bedroom and one bathroom. The rest of us will be living on the second floor, which includes two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The room you will be renting has its own private bathroom and the house has great decor. The house is quiet and each room is well-separated.

It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and there are many markets and stores nearby, including a large shopping mall and a supermarket, making daily life very convenient. The house is located on a busy street, but it is very quiet at night. The location has easy access to public transportation, with the postal code being 428505. The apartment complex has a swimming pool and the room is fully furnished with amenities such as wardrobes, air conditioning, a large refrigerator, and a washer-dryer.

Requirements include no smoking and no cooking, with only one person allowed to occupy the room. The rent is SGD 1000 and an additional SGD 100 will be charged for utilities. Address registration is possible.
