Owner is a former international student, National University of Singapore (NUS) full scholarship recipient, ex-banking executive, and experienced tutor with nearly 15 years of expertise. Students previously tutored have received offers from top universities including Harvard, UCLA, Cambridge, NUS, and NTU.

6 years of experience as a student guardian. You’ll live with the host’s family in a 4-bedroom condo (approx. 120 sqm) with 24-hour security. Household includes host, spouse, child, and host’s mother.

For students:

• Weekday: Breakfast & dinner

• Weekends & public holidays: 3 meals/day

• Shared meals with host family

• Personalized meal plans (dietary needs & allergies considered)

• Host is a culinary enthusiast from Shunde, Guangdong – most meals personally prepared

• Monthly fee includes tutoring & academic coaching (1-on-1 by host)
