Phases 6 and 7 (of 25) consist of 36 and 32 homes respectively, made up of inter-terrace, corner terrace and semi-detached units. All are 3 storeys with 5 bedrooms and a roof terrace. Like all units in the project they are designed specifically for multi-generational living. Ang Mo Kio MRT Station on the North South Line is the nearest station, and is a 5-minute drive from Luxus Hills. From there Orchard MRT and City Hall are 6 and 9 stops respectively, while a drive into the city will take less than a quarter of an hour in good conditions. The area is characterised by its good number of schools at primary, secondary and tertiary levels.
