顶棚的设计，是该建筑的一大特色，最大程度地通风，独特的形状还有助于收集雨水。除此外塔楼还使用了高性能玻璃，减轻太阳的眩光。 The design of the ceiling is a major feature of the building, maximizing ventilation, and the unique shape also helps to collect rainwater. In addition, the tower uses high-performance glass to reduce the glare of the sun.

It is a design that truly lives in harmony with nature. South Beach has won two Platinum Awards (Residential and Commercial) with green marks. It also won the prestigious FIABCI Singapore Award and was awarded the sustainability category.

Two pairs of interconnected towers face the north and south of the site, connected by a green spine – the south tower is divided into hotels and apartments, while the north tower has offices.

To add impeccable space, each penthouse was designed by interior master Peter Tai. Tay believes that the space is a contemporary style and also evokes a sense of tranquility and luxury inside. The stunning external landscape and the seamless integration of various modern works of art give the penthouse a powerful visual impact.
