This tool uses configurable simplified planning rules: TDSR 55%, MSR 30% for HDB/new EC, 70% recognition of variable income, current IRAS residential BSD/ABSD tables, IRAS lease duty rules for tenancy agreements, and a common new-launch 5/15/10/10/5/5/5/5/25/15 progressive schedule. It does not cover remissions, decoupling, trusts, CPF usage limits, valuation differences, developer-specific notices or bank-specific credit policy.
