Designed by world-renowned construction companies Skidmore, Owings and Merrill LLP (SOM), it has two 36-storey towers with a total of 124 units.

该住宅建筑群以严谨的图案、富丽的硬木、美观的重复以及鲜明而精确的细节为设计灵感。综合体量和功能空间规划以及高效的外立面策略是该项目创新标志性设计的关键所在。

The design of the residential complex is inspired by rigorous patterns, rich hardwoods, the beauty of repetition, and strong and precise detail. Integrated massing and programming and an efficient facade strategy are key to the project's innovative, iconic design.

灵活的楼面空间和高效规划使单元的数量得以增加，并坐享得天独厚的位置，提供丰富多彩的城市景观。整座大厦内的公共和私人空间彼此交织：六个别具一格的空中花园按不同间隔设置，以绿化点缀玻璃幕墙。作为居民共用的配套设施，花园内设有空中泳池和休闲区。

Flexible floor plates and efficient planning allow for a greater number of units, positioned to offer a variety of city views. Throughout the towers, public and private layers are woven together: six distinctive sky gardens are placed at varied intervals, punctuating the glass facade with greenery. As shared amenities for residents, the gardens provide sky pools and lounging areas.

SOM designed a custom unitized curtain wall system to enhance quality control during fabrication and to facilitate rapid and efficient installation. High performance insulating glass improves thermal performance and solar control, while filling interior spaces with natural light. On the facade, uniquely sculpted aluminum external sunshades further reduce direct solar radiation, while acting as light shelves to bring indirect sunlight into the apartment units. Custom balconies lend the facade a sculptural aesthetic and also help to shade the building. Sky and roof terraces are more than amenities for penthouse residents; they reduce the heat island effect and help manage stormwater.

The two towers occupy only 25 percent of the total site footprint, leaving the remaining area for a range of amenities. These include expansive pool facilities, namely a large lap pool, children’s pool, playground and cabana, jogging track, gourmet dining facilities, and clubhouse. The entrance to the complex conveys a sense of prestige with a dramatic entry plaza, portes-cochères, and lobbies. A sunken garden with lush plants is incorporated in the below-grade parking facility. Additional lobbies at this level surround the garden, providing comfort and convenience for residents.

景观设计

This iconic building is designed with full consideration of the environment, has the correct ecological benefits, and won the BCA Green Mark Gold Award. The property protects existing trees and recovers rainwater and condensate for landscape irrigation of L1 and L3.

When you drive into the compound, you will see the layered landscape in front of the street, providing a more enclosed space for residents. Its multiple overlapping canopies and terraces are places for residents to relax in private urban shelters in green atrium spaces, waterfalls and pool areas.

The two 36-story towers are each topped with an illuminated crown. They contain 124 units in total, including two-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments with double-height ceilings, and two five-bedroom penthouses. Each unit has private lift doors, opening into a generously sized living and dining room with a spacious balcony.
