Fulcrum is a freehold luxury development located in a mature residential neighbourhood in District 15. Though District 15 is known for its accessibility and good choice of dining and drinking options, Fulcrum suffers slightly with its position along Fort Road. Practically everything is a good 10 minute walk away. There are MRT stations but they are a distance away, though Katong Park will improve things when that is opened. There is a bus stop outside Fulcrum and the ECP and KPE are nearby. Fulcrum itself is a very high quality development however, with a good quantity of high quality facilities, as well as very high end fixtures, fittings and appliances.

The nearest MRT stations to Fulcrum are Dakota, Mountbatten and Stadium, all on the Circle Line, but all a bit too far to realistically walk, certainly in inclement weather, or daily. Katong Park, when it opens, will be closer, but that is still a distance to walk. The nearest eateries are around a 10 minute walk from Fulcrum. There is a bus stop right outside the development, which is serviced by 3 routes taking you to Bedok and the Serangoon Interchange. The KPE and ECP are an easy drive to and from Fulcrum.
